week #17 | 2018

• We interacted more. I’m glad we’re slowly getting out of the quiet and awkward phase. Remember, this takes effort from both of us.
• That short second when our hands touched. I swear I felt the electricity pass, if there’s such a thing.
• Before that, you stood so close to me when I asked you a question and you came just to make sure I had the right thing. It’s like you didn’t know the meaning of personal space, but I didn’t mind. It didn’t seem like it bothered you at all, I just hate how I had this sudden reflex to back away because of your very close proximity which caught me off-guard. I really hope you didn’t notice. If you did, I hope you didn’t take it the wrong way; I was just surprised by your sudden closeness. And again, I really didn’t mind.
• I like how you asked me for permission when between us two, you have superiority.
• And did I mention how adorable you were when you asked me for something? You’re so adorable to the point that it’s very disarming. Then there’s the other 50% when you have your serious face on.
• I noticed you say “umm..” a lot… similar to me. And other people. Don’t feel like you’re special, Jasmine.
• You brought a book. I like you even more.
• This is so far off, but when you told me good night and we were at the parking lot, we were going the same way. Turns out you parked next to my car and you didn’t know. Well, now you do. I didn’t even notice that you left. So fast. I’ll see you in a few days, I guess.

I’m writing this down because I don’t want to forget it. Of course, any person identifiers have been omitted. It still doesn’t erase the fact that you said Harry Potter’s childish. Oh no, honey. *rolls eyes*
